While trying to apply for a homeloan i get refused and to my suprise i am told that i am oweing Avon an amount of R4800. I have never sold or bought Justine before so imagine my shock and frustration at the whole situation. I contact Justine/Avon about it and i am told to send in documents including an Afidavid. All relevent documents were sent in. As you should know I have filed an affidavit to the effect that an account that is reportedly in my name was **********ly opened, added to the fact that as a norm Justine ought to have confirmed and have valid proof that the ID photo matched my face at that time the account was opened. To this day Justine has not acted on my request and pleas. Currently I am experiencing problems about my credit worthiness as I approach different lenders without success. I am sending this letter to ask you to remove my name as the defaulting debtor. I have suffered enough for something that does not concern me. Please attend to this request speedily.
