few months ago i received a call from a avon consultant telling me i need to pay R1600 on my avon account and i was shocked because the last time i used the account was 2014 and she then tells me the account was last used 2017, she asked to verify my deals, only to find out the information she has are not mine, only Id was correct, i was told to get some documents and send it to them and the process to clear my name will take 21 working days, that was on 29 march 2018 till today as i write this i am still calling them asking for feed back and i speak to different people giving me different stories, but it gets worse, few days ago i got my credit report only to find out, someone open a Justine account on my name and this is a same company with avon i only found out because i got my credit report and i must go through same process of running after them to do there job to clear my name. the service i am receiving from them is highly poor and all this has made my credit very poor.
