I logged a call with avon as my ID was used for opening a ********** account with avon, I called avon on the 4th of Jan 2018 and I told them my query then I was asked to provide my ID, proof of address, affidavit and 6 signatures which I submitted. I had to follow up again by phoning and the lady who helped said they will escalate the matter because it was not attended to and this was already a week and a half then I received an email saying they are attending to my query however it has been a full month and nothing has been done as yet and I have sent an email to ask for feedback and still nothing. This is really a bad experience from avon and the fact tgat no research its done before an account can be opened and I am really not happy at this moment cause the information is affecting my credit so bad as the person whom has done this has not yet paid. I need this matter to be attended to with immediate effect and my information to be corrected at the credit bureau.
