I am in the process of doing a home loan application. My offer to purchase is accepted and my dead line for the bond approval is tomorrow the 24/02/2017.

The bank advised me that I have a Avon account in arrears for 9 months, This must be settled before the application can continue.

I have never opened a Avon account. I called the call centre. They asked me to forward a certified copy of my ID , affidavit that I did not open this account and 4 signatures.

This was all sent yesterday 22/02/2017 at 13:00 pm.

I called the call centre 4 times yesterday asking to escalate this query as i need a confirmation letter that this account is under ***** investigation. Two consultants by the name of Silas and Butemelo confirmed I will get feedback by close of business yesterday. The managers are always in a "meeting".

No feedback was received.

I called today. The consultant advise that I can only get a letter within 7 days.

I want to know how they allow an account to be opened with a copy of my ID document.

I need a confirmation letter of ***** by today. Their negligence is resulting in losing a house.
