The team leaders is ordering using other peoples name to earn commission. Now I am being blacklisted for not paying an account which I never used! Now I must get affidavits and statements and my name will not be cleared until I can proof it was not me. How can a company allow this to happen?

Thank you for bringing this query to our attention.
As per our telephonic conversation, we contacted the Sales Leader MOSIMA LUCY LETSOALO and she confirmed credit adjustment will be complete and submitted with the Zone Manager Maggy Jeleni on Friday the 23rd of October 2015.
Admin department will reverse the late payment fee on the account and paid up letter will be issued as soon as credit is processed.
Once the account is paid up, Admin will request all bureaus to update your ITC profile.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
