Fed up of AVON

I have been struggling with this Avon. I have not been a Rep for almost 2 years now and still they phoning me for a matter that should have been resolved already. The SDA os harassing me to pay money for products I did not order. I have sent in last year alone over 3 Affidavits already as per requested and the matter is still not resolved. I will not pay for an order I did not place & I will not send more supporting documents because I did my part. These should be held on record, is it not?
