FAST N FURIOUS IS PATHETIC

Again this month I have a problem with delivery of my Justine order which was invoiced on 28/08. It was suppose to be delivered yesterday as per Cherilee at FnF, surprise surprise it was not delivered.When i checked on their website my order was cancelled for delivery and returned to be credited.I phoned FnF and was told by Cherilee again that instruction was received that the order must be returned,i asked who gave that instruction nobody knows, when they asked the driver who instructed him to return back the order he also doesn't know.When I phoned Avon/Justine they didn't know why order was returned, they told even have the order with them.So nobody knows.Cherilee from the FnF asked me \do you still wasn't the order"what a stupid question"
