False Information
Avon sent me an sms saying i owe R1039 that I had to pay - after 2 days avon handed over my account for the amount of R1701.47 to ITCBA - What is extra R700 for ? no statement has been provided to me - I tried calling Avon for clarity and no assistance agents are dropping calls - even on my app amount owing is R10369
