False advertising & non delivery

Good morning - purchased AVON products for the first time in my life only to be CAUGHT BY FALSE ADVERTISING - the November catalogue promised a Mystery Pack (at a cost of R249) when purchasing products to the value of R515 or more - when my order was delivered i was informed that the mystery packs are not available - I placed my order 2nd week of November to there is NO CHANCE that they've run out of stock - I HATE IT when people trick you into buying their product when they know upfront that they are not going to deliver - I WILL NEVER BUY AVON AGAIN!!
