FALSE ADVERTISING
There was a Midi crossbody bag that I had purchased. Before purchasing, i checked in both the Feb and Mar books the dimensions was correct. I screenshot the dimensions from both books and then placed my order. When i received the bag, it was way smaller. I have taken pictures of the bag with a ruler next to it as well as the dimensions in both books. I did contact the rep and was told it was the manufacturers fault and not Avon and if I don't want the bag i must return it. DOES AVON GRANT THE MANUFACTURER THE POWER TO PRINT EACH MONTHS BOOKS? ARE WE AS CONSUMERS JUST SUPPOSED TO ACCPET ANYTHING WE RECEIVED WITHOUT QUERYING? This is FALSE ADVERTISING and I DO NOT WANT MY MONEY BACK. I WANT THE BAG IN THE DIMENSIONS IT WAS ORDERED. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED. I
