False advertising

In Avon book dated 1-30 April page 83 advertising a necklace with letters. You get all 26 letters of the alphabet, plus 7 extra letters (E,FL,M,O,S,T) They show necklace with BELIEVE on it. How can this be made if you only get 2 x E's Sent a e-mail to [Email Removed] on 7 April. Received reply from Nicole to say you get alphabet plus extra E. Can you not count ? You need 3 to make up the word. Called and asked to speak to Nicole, was told no, can put to consultant. You cannot even phone them. Pathetic service.
