**** account created on credit profile

I am very disappointed with what this company has done on my credit report, they have duplicate the account with the very same account number and it has increased the number of accounts and money owed which makes my credit score poor. I'm not owing them anything but it looks like i owe them on the original and **** account because they don't bother updating on the credit bureau. I kindly ask this company to remove the second account with immediate effect and update the original account please!
