Extremely bad customer service.

I'm an big Avon product fan. But my experiences with your agents which are based at Cnr Vanvelage & small str, in Johannesburg was very bad. They inflate prices. I came to enquire about a Product prices. They gave me the price of R40 and indicated that the prices is the same in the book. When I came to back the following day they had inflated the prices to R70. And they were very rude and argued with me. Telling me to take it or leave it. When asked for my money back they were rude when they gave it back to me. I've never had this experience before. It was very saddening to go through this from a company I love to buy from. What they do is going to chase away client. And give Avon a bad reputation.
