Express Delivery Charged and not made

It's become a norm for Avon's service to have dropped just like the commission. It is really depressing having to motivate my reps to give their best when Avon FAILS TO DELIVER. If it's not their products never being available, it's the drop in commission and unhappy clients due to these challenges. Staff are too fami**** with their jobs , so disappointed. Fastway advised that Avon just delivered an express parcel which now will result in a client not getting their order.
