earn extra money, where?? oh, dnt i wish!! avon!!

So from where I left off previously, after I rep**** to avon, a lady called me on 15/09/15 at about 10am and I was at work so I didn't pick up because I was away from my desk. when I got to my desk I had missed the call by a matter of seconds. the lady left me a voicemail saying she would reply to me via email.I waited for that email but it never came through. I knocked off at 5pm still no email came through. that was my last day at Liberty and the email address I used to contact them was my work email. I thought this lady would reply to me before I leave work so that I can forward to my personal one then I would reply from there. How long does one work on a reply for a client? It cant be the whole day or 2! Since then I have not heard nothing from avon except when I call them of which I still dont get assistance.I have records of most of my calls to them which have been very costly and no one there seems to care. End of September I placed orders and I asked if I could pick them up from the distributorship rather than waiting for delivery because that takes longer, I was told its not possible..2 days later another person there I says it is possible..huh! these people have no clue!!
