Disgusting service 🤮🤢

I've had the worst customer service ever!! I opened a cash account online from Avon earlier this year , I regret that decision. My order never arrive on time, my orders are always short and no explanation is given. Last order was cancelled no explanation as to why. I have been requesting my refund for more than 5 weeks it's almost two months now!!!

I have emailed and called and I am getting no response. I'm very angry and disappointed. I had yo refund my clients after weeks of waiting .. I sent in a request to cancel and close my account, I was told 5 working and rn it's been more than that
