I cannot believe that I am once again in this situation. Last December I was fighting for my daughter and in the meantime the same ********* ************ behaviour has been done to my son who has NEVER ordered a thing from Justine in his life. Justine have now blacklisted him for an amount of R2586. You write an email to them and you get a reply to follow procedure to get an Affidavit, whereas if they had followed procedure to get proof of residence in the first place this would have not happened. HOw on earths name do they open an account without this. Now it becomes the victims problem to go and get an affidavit, FOR WHAT, Justine has wronged us. My daughter had only found out when applying for a credit card otherwise she was none the wiser.
