Disgusting Avon Service

17th February I made an incorrect amount to my Avon Credit account. I notified the company's credit control as soon as I realized what I did and received reply via email that payment will happen within 10-14 working days.

I provided all my details, account number, ID number, written letter with signature on and proof of payment and they said they would let me know. I've since that date, sent 10 emails to them to check up on progress and to this date they've ignore 3 of my new emails. I made a payment of R990 with immediate payment on my account, they deducted the monies of R227.44c and was supposed to return the balance of R772.56c. To this day, I'm still awaiting the monies to be sent to my account.

This service is terrible considering AVON is such a big company. I'm ashamed to be a representative for them. I've done sales for 10 years with them and this is how they treat my loyalty.
