Disappointed with Avon Justine

I have been trying to settle my Avon Justine account so I can clear my name but every time when I call Avon they give me an email to ask for my settlement amount at credit ********** but nobody replies to my emails and it's frustrating because now I cannot clear my name because of my Avon Justine account.
