Disappointed!

I joined both AVON and JUSTINE online and downloaded their apps. I received emails from both AVON and JUSTINE recognizing me as a representative/consultant.

I placed orders on the JUSTINE app, just as I do on my AVON app, and was puzzled to see that my sales are going under a different representative, which meant I would get NO commission for my hard-earned sales and I already made the payment on the aap.

I sent an email to the representative that appeared to have been sent my sales and she advised me to call JUSTINE which I did. The call centre agent told me to refuse the parcel when it is delivered in order to get a refunded. Today they delivered the parcel BUT did not call me and instead left it by the security guard. This meant I can't refuse it, because they dropped it off and left, instead of delivering it to my UNIT/Apartment/Door, they left if at the security gate in the complex and did not even bother calling me to let me know they are here to deliver and let accept or deny the parcel.

I am left disappointed with JUSTINE, I want my money back. Take back your products! I joined JUSTINE as a Rep to ease my financial constraints but it has only given me more distress!
