I am extremely frustrated with Avon Justine regarding a *****ulent account opened in my name. Someone used my ID number in 2024 to make a purchase, and the account has now fallen into arrears — affecting my credit record to the point where I cannot even qualify for a bank loan.

I contacted Avon for assistance, but instead of resolving the issue, I was simply referred to the police. I have since opened a case and submitted an affidavit confirming that I have no knowledge of this account and did not authorize it.

Despite this, the matter remains unresolved.

I urgently request that Avon Justine investigate this ***** properly and remove the account from my name with immediate effect. This situation is unfair and is causing serious financial harm to me.
