Despite Payment, Avon Continues to Harass

I previously sold Avon products but discontinued due to low sales. Unfortunately, I had outstanding debts with Avon and another creditor, Justine. I settled my Avon account in full at the end of February this year. However, I'm still receiving collection emails and calls despite having paid. I've contacted them multiple times, and they acknowledge the issue but continue to send threatening messages about court action and credit bureau reporting.
