Demand for Payment at 7pm

<p>Dear Justine</p> <p>It seems every month since I joined I experience some kind of "joyful" interaction with some unknown person.... This month its a demand for payment at 7pm and very conveniently states only contact during office hours. If I just placed an order and its on hold for payment (4 days) I'm well aware that it will only be released once payment is made and if you look into my record I usually pay by the 25th long before the 21 day period....Its not that hard to understand.</p> <p> </p> <p>So its ok for your respresentative to contact me at 7pm on a Friday night but get told only to contact her during office hours. Whoever this Pabi person is should learn proper etiquette in dealing with consultants. I dont know who shes is or why she contacted me as I have a Team Leader - Liza, and also I already called in today regarding my order and payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did call her to ask her who she is and why she sent me this message and was told I must call her during office hours - so I said the same applies to you and the phone was put down in my ear. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
