Demand a Paid up Letter

I sent an email to Justine Credit Control asking how much I owed & Ndodendala Mngomezulu responded & advised it was R1217.95. I then went on requesting Bank details & Vuyiswa Africa responded with those details.

I made an Immediate payment on the 22/06/2020, thereafter sent the proof of payment. I have since made 2 follow ups with them but I have received no acknowledgment of my payment or responses to my emails.

I need that paid up Letter urgently.
