Delays! Delays! Delays! of stock

During the month of may i made an order and my order was delayed it was received on the last day of may with alot of shortage of stock and during the first week of of june a duplicate was delivered. My Group leader is not taking my calls and i am not getting any help, My stock for June is held up. I am on my own on this and i am loosing clients because of stock always being delayed
