Delayed order for a useless reason

So I called Justine call centre on Friday the 16th asking where my order is. I was told it was released and delivered to my workplace on the same day. When I checked with our mailroom on Tuesday the 20th I was told that it was collected by the Fast and Furious courier company on Justine's instruction "as it had the wrong name". Either it had the wrong name or it was for the wrong customer. I just called now and spoke to Ismail Nqwelo and all he could do was log a query???? Ridiculous! I want my order delivered asap...
