Debt

A few months ago probably like a year ago I would say a man sent me a box telling me that I should pay for the box multiple times I told them that I did not order the box and I do not want the box but they kept on sending me emails and messages telling me that I should pay for the box or they're going to hand me over to ITC. I then got tired of the harassment because I went to our local police station and they told me that they only handle a real crime so I paid for the box and sent them proof of payment multiple times through SMS through emails and through WhatsApp. They continue to call me they continue to message me telling me to pay for the box and that the amount outstanding keeps getting higher every single month they've been threatening to come to my work place and also to come to my house. A lady just called me saying that I was handed over to the sheriff at the ITC company and that I should pay for the box because they are going to arrest me for the box. This has been going on for almost a year now and I'm not sure what to do anymore but come here and write a complaint and to my surprise there are a lot of people having the exact same. I do believe that these people that have paid Avon should be refunded of them money because even is clearly harassing a lot of people so I do believe that this company should either be run by different people or shut down completely
