PATHETIC!!! I have been trying to get my money back for more than a month...they just brush me off when i do finally get through. EMAILS don't WORK!!! I just phoned at 3:30 the credit department and a machine answers with their open hours as 8 am to 6 pm and then hangs up??? WHAT???!! ITS NOT EVEN 4PM?! Then after 10 mins of waiting on their call line the woman puts me through to that same department that I just told her the line isnt working!!????? <br> <br> IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!!! are they trying to ***** my money? Its starting to look like it!
