Credit score mess

This is my second review, I am very upset with the service I have received from Avon they are so unprofessional its been over six months requesting for my name to be cleared as I settled my account with them, I have been asking for them to clear my name for months now, the service is really unfair and unprecedented, you are messing up my credit report
