Credit notes NOT been passed AND NO FEEDBACK

I have had two credit notes, one i have been waiting since JULY last year for. Another beginning NOVEMBER. NO FEEDBACK from my Sales Rep EITHER. <br> <br> Also i asked about a product that i have had a complaint about (3 customers complained the lids of the Ravish Raison Lip gloss cracked) and to date NO RESPONSE!!!<br> <br> Please, I WANT ANOTHER SALES REP as this one is not doing her job and helping me. I want someone who will help me and respond. <br> <br> Have a look at my account every month, I order between R2000 and R5000 every month. <br> <br> I AM FED UP WITH NO RESPONSE
