CREDIT NOTE SHORT CREDITED

Referring to complaint I sent in Nov 2014 another credit note was short credited seeing nothing is happening I started sending emails since Feb 2015 and I got response that its referred to correct department till today not sorted. Below are emails last 22/05<br> Hi correct department<br> How long do I have to wait in order for this credit note to be sorted. I returned the products and I'm expecting a full credit not only R12.00. Whoever is responsible for this must sort it out please. I am your customer and I deserve good treatment not this silence.<br> Your service sucks and we your customer are doing the best to keep our accounts up to date while you still owe us some credits.
