Credit not updated

I used to sell Avon, I have settled the account in Jan 2020 and received the settlement letter. I am trying to get a bond but I’m listed as bad payer, in my credit report it shows as though I still owe Avon and that’s inconveniencing me. Can Avon urgently sort this out.
