Credit/ late payment fee

Kindly remove late payment fee, I return order as my orders was hijacked and my orders where duplicate, since the recapture department doesn't not read. As stated that I do not want the order to be recapture but they recapture the order as they do not read. Know my account is overdue I returned the orders via paxi D***
