Conned by Avon!!!!

<p>I purchased my order on the 2 nov 2016. I got a call on the 8th Nov from someone in Eldorado park in jozi to say they received my box and wanted to know if I received any thing. She called Avon and advised them. I sent serveral emails to Avon only to be told u sending to wrong email address. I called the relevant department on the Friday I got the shock of my life. Even the supervisor wasn't interested in resolving the issue and kept putting me on hold. I spent r100 on the fone call. The supervisor never even bothered to call me bk after "his investigation". I sent another email only to be told u must send the box bk. From where wen I stay in cape town. Avon has my money my profit was used up in a useless fone call. Now I want my money bk and now.</p>
