Confused client.

I don't think it is fair that Head Office can permit representatives to sell Justine products directly to the public and when valid representatives and their team leaders lay a complaint at head office the complaint is ignored. This is very unfair business as all representatives should have the same selling rights, not just one, unless their is ******** at play here. The store I'm particularly complaining over is the perfume shop. Do that have rights to sell to the public the way theydo?
