Complaints

1. I have ordered the Ultra Colour Rich Lipstick SPF15 - code: 24224 - Very Violet in your March 2015 brochure. I received the order and yes the code and name was what I've ordered but the colour of the physical lipstick is nothing compared to the colour you advertised in the brochure, please see the lip colour of your model in the same brochure on page 58. The lipstick you've send me is a mauve colour that I REALLY do not want, I would like a refund for that lipstick. What you advertise and selling to us is contradicting ALL in the name of a sale and I am really not happy about it. 2. A couple of months ago I've ordered the pink cosmetic bag which included a free lipstick and gloss I've received the bag but I am still waiting for the lipstick and gloss..pathetic!!! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I paid full price for my products but received half of it. 3. You advertise specials but we never get our orders because you are forever out of stock. Surely you must make provision for your customers when you advertise specials. And yes I did look at the fine print but there is no indication that stock is limited, please see the same brochure as mentioned above, page 146 and 147.
