Complain

<p>I am still awaiting for final report on my case, the last time they called to apolgise was on the 23rd of June and Mike promised to send me mail to confirm resolvement</p> <p> </p> <p>To this day i havent received anything, and the person said to have signed for the delivery has called me to say she did not have the order and suggesting that i took the order and letting her pay for it and affecting her reputation as they threatened her with demotion if she did not pay</p>
