Communication is key

I really need to express how disappointed I am in Avon... after clearing the amount I owe you I asked for a letter from itc as they are harrassing me for payment however this payment has been cleared in July already.... I kept emailing coz I can't spk to someone in the credit dep (annoying) coz all I wanted was to get this sorted..... anyway.... eventually I get an email from Avon which is a letter confirming the amount has been cleared however this still has not been communicated to itc.... I didn't want a clearance letter from Avon I wanted a clearance letter from itc..... because nothing was communicated to itc this has dropped my credit rating even more coz it seems I'm not sticking to my arrangement with itc which is my true coz this balance has been cleared in July.... can someone competent please email me as I'm not able to always answer calls nd also can they get a clearance letter from itc and confirm that the amount is cleared....
