Close my Justine account and give my money back

I have requested cellphone update from Justine since the beginning of February even today I have nor received any assistance. The manager are not helping, call center guys are not assisting, escalation team is WORSE. I have been sending countless emails with no luck. Their number isnkt working Anele is rejecting ID numbers and account numbers saying they are incorrect. I want a refund and this stupid account must be closed. There is no point selling and promoting their products while you get 0 help when you need them.
