CAN NOT DO A SIMPLE THING - BILLING

This has now been carrying on since 3/02/2017 - Yes a year later.

I sent a whole package back with the courier who delivered something to me (take not that I DID NOT EVEN PLACE THIS ORDER) hence it was sent back.

I have been battling literally a year to remove this debt of my account, I signed a offer to purchase a house AND GUESS WHAT? AVON HAS THE NERVE TO ****** SAY ON MY CREDIT RECORD I OWE THEM R582.00 FOR WHAT I ASK?

I have numerous emails to prove I did not receive anything and "Martha Mayer" who confirmed the credit was done. after inquiring today it was never done.

I give Avon until 10am tomorrow morning to send me a letter via email confirming that this was a error on their side and that I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING. Failure to do this I will take legal action.
