PALESA AT THE CALL CENTRE KEEPS DROPPING MY CALLS.
I NEED TOI UNDERSTAND WHY THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER BECAUSE I HAVE PAID EVERYTHING!!!!

No one has contacted me. The call centre is still dropping calls claiming no one is on the line when I can hear you fully. Please can someone attend to me ASAP. I am going to take this to the consumer complaints tribunal. This is nonsense. Why is ITC STILL CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
