Burnt, red, swollen!!!

I have never in my life dealt with more unprofessional people, You offer me a refund....... for a product that BURNED my FACE to the extend that I am now pealing!!!! Disgusted and horrified at this product!!!

Then when I rep**** with you “aint getting away with this” they reply:

BUT they sent a courier to fetch the sample!!!

They dont want to refund my account I must send the details of the person that I dealt with!! Nooooo refund my account NOW!! I will be waiting for someone to contact me I AM LIVID!! I have so many pictures of my face swollen, inflamed and burnt!!
