BUNCH OF *****

So 6 months ago, i logged a review regarding this company who, failed to update my information after payment were made, only once i went onto this site i seemed to recive the correct assistance i needed. Now sitting with paid up letters for all 3 accounts i was under the impression my problem has been solved???? LIES!! Yesterday i get a call from the *********** company ITC BA who informs me that my account is STILL UNPAID, after i sent them the requested proof of payment and paid up letter,im told i need to deal with Avon Justine ditrectly because this still shows on my Credit Record,so meaning to tell me since march last year after this account was paid up,my credit score is STILL being dragged through the mud??? I WANT SOMEONE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS IMMEDIATELY!!! you people are so flippen quick to send duisend sms's for outsanding monies yet once you get it you have a "***** YOU" attitude towards your clients??? someone needs to get my credit score back up and take full responsibility for this! i have already sent through POP and PAID UP LETTER to credit ********** Im not going to do this again so PLEASE for once sort this out so that i NEVER have to deal with you again.
