Box I didn’t not order

Good day

I was an Avon Representative and I made my last order last year November. I even struggled returning the products. I no longer stay with my mom so my order will goes to her she received an Avon box with I didn’t order as I stopped . I couldn’t find paxi plastics to return it until I got someone recently. I didn’t place the order as business became slow I stopped and I didn’t even open the box . I checked online and to my surprise its products I never used to even order . I am now stuck with a box I no nothing about . I didn’t even get communication regarding it . I need assistance and this will affect my credit score negatively. Please help me return this and just block my account .
