Blocked a account that is in a Minus (credit) R-118

They work through deal-flow for collections. My account was not in arrears and deal-flow asked me to pay R-118 on my account. When I asked them how must I pay a minus account. They just say sorry for and that is it. My account is up to today blocked at Justine.
