Blaming December??
So how many years have you been running? How many times have you had unhappy customers or complaints because you guys are too thick to actually realise that December is a busy month?!?! Uhmmm...here's an idea, why don't you employ extra delivery men and other needed staff for this time of the year. Service should be at its best in the festive season so don't blame your stupidity on the time of year
