blacklisted for an account i have no knowledge of

In May 2014 an account was opened in my name without my knowledge.then in October 2014 i was blacklisted at ITC.i came to know about this recently when i was diclined for vehicle financing.i then phoned Avon to find that the details on that account profile are not mine.how can they be neglegent the person who opened the account is from Kwamashu and i live in Wyebank.i need Avon to remove my name at ITC asap.Kindly assist me.i dont even use avon products
