black listed for a paid up account

<p>I had an account with Avon, with an outstanding amount, I returned some goods, and a credit note was issued to me whereafter i paid the outstanding amount, just to find out today that they have listed me after numerous calls and sending them proof of the credit note as well as proof of paymen. Where do I go to from here?</p>
