Being blacklisted for no reason.

2016 someone from avon approach me took my details few weeks later I received an sms that my order is on the way. I called the person who took my details she then said i shouldn't worry. Later that day I received a call to come at jabulani police station to collect my order I told them to return it back because I don't know such order. I don't know if the lady who took my details took it or what now am being blacklisted and worse I did send affidavits twice still am blacklisted.
