Bad services

I put in a order in dec and was waiting and waiting for my order and never got it called them and then had to hear I never paid my account but I had paid it a week prior to the call the consultant was extremely rude. I asked for a refund and waited how long before I got a reply really disappointing. The service was terrible one consultant tells me my account is open and another one says it is closed now I had clients complaining in my ears and thinking that I stole their money meanwhile avon has a poor quality of helping their reps. I want feedback ASAP this matter has been going on to long.
